How does it work?

Drop a CSV file (exported from Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets) or paste a list, one value per line. Choose the column that holds the content of the codes (a link, a reference, a text) and, if you like, the one used to name the files: “A-001.svg”, “A-002.svg”… Without a name column, the files are numbered.

Then set the style once: colors, shapes, logo and frame apply to every code. The quality check reads back the longest code in the batch, the densest and therefore the most demanding: if it reads, so do the others.

Download a ZIP archive of SVG files (printing, layout) or PNG files (web, office), or an A4 PDF sheet of labels. Up to 500 codes per batch. The file is read in your browser: not a single row is uploaded.

A store inventory

A file of 120 products (reference; link to the product page) gives 120 SVG files named after the references, in a ZIP. On a sheet of 4 × 6 labels, they fit on 5 pages, with 3.3 cm (1.3 in) codes and the reference printed underneath.

Conference badges

For 60 attendees, one column holds the link to each person’s schedule. In a 3 × 4 grid, the sheet gives 5 pages of 12 badges, with 5.3 cm (2.1 in) codes and the person’s name under each code.

Frequently asked questions

How do I prepare my CSV file?
One row per QR code, with at least one column for the content (a web address, for example). In Excel: “File”, “Save As”, “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)” format. Commas, semicolons and tabs are detected automatically, as is a header row.
How many QR codes can I create at once?
Up to 500 per batch, so that generation stays fast on every device. Beyond that, split your file: each batch is processed in a few seconds, and the same style applies from one batch to the next if you keep the page open.
Can I create Wi-Fi or vCard QR codes in bulk?
Each cell is encoded as is, so you can put preformatted content in it (for example “WIFI:T:WPA;S:Room-12;P:password;;”). For a single code of that kind, the generator offers a guided form.
Is my CSV file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read in your browser, and the QR codes, ZIP archive and PDF are all made on your device. Not a single row of your file leaves your computer: you can process internal references or customer data in complete confidentiality.
